Iberital introduces VISTA 2.0: more thermal precision, more control and a new technical support portal

A new firmware update for VISTA 2.0 focused on improving thermal control, operational stability and the day-to-day technical experience.

Iberital has announced a new firmware update for its VISTA espresso machine, an evolution focused on improving thermal control, operational stability and the technical experience for both baristas and technical service teams.

The new version incorporates significant improvements in temperature management and machine technical configuration, further reinforcing its position within the professional coffee segment.

Main improvements: more precise thermal control for baristas

Among the key new features is the possibility to directly program and visualise group temperatures, in addition to the coffee boiler temperature. This functionality provides more precise in-cup control and better adaptation to different coffee profiles and extraction methods.

In addition, Iberital has optimised the PID thermal stability system, which now intelligently adapts according to the machine model — two or three groups — with the aim of reducing thermal fluctuations and ensuring greater consistency even in high-demand and high-volume service environments.

Additional improvements: technical and operational

The update also introduces improvements aimed at technical work and daily machine maintenance:

Optimisation of factory reset parameters, preserving key configurations such as the number of groups, PID values and the customer’s customised display logo.
New, clearer and more intuitive error messages for both users and technicians.
Reorganisation of the boiler menu, with simpler navigation and more intuitive technical configuration.

This set of improvements is designed to reinforce the performance, precision and usability of VISTA, aligning it even further with the demands of today’s professional coffee market.

Update availability

The VISTA 2.0 update is applied to all machines manufactured from March 2026 onwards.

In addition, part of the improvements included in this new version can also be implemented on existing VISTA machines, allowing upgrades and adaptation to the new functionalities.

New FAQs portal for SAT and Sales Teams

Alongside the VISTA 2.0 update, Iberital has also launched a new technical FAQs portal within its official website.

This new technical-commercial support channel, available in three languages, is aimed at SATs, sales teams, customers and technicians, providing fast answers to recurring day-to-day technical queries and incidents.

The objective of this initiative is to streamline the resolution of technical and commercial questions, facilitating access to information and optimising part of the daily support process.

In addition, the portal allows users to share FAQs directly via WhatsApp to further speed up communication and incident resolution.
