Compliance
ETHICS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS
At Iberital, regulatory compliance and ethical conduct constitute fundamental pillars of our activity. The Compliance function aims to ensure that all our operations are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, our internal standards, and the principles set out in our Code of Ethics.
Our compliance system integrates policies, procedures, and control mechanisms designed to prevent legal, financial, and reputational risks.
We provide employees, collaborators, and third parties with the necessary resources to understand our internal rules, as well as secure channels to raise queries or report potential irregularities, ensuring confidentiality and protection against retaliation.
Compliance is not only a legal obligation, but a permanent commitment to the integrity and sustainability of our company.
Below, you will find essential information about Iberital’s Compliance framework:
Our Code of Ethics
Iberital’s Code of Ethics constitutes the reference framework that guides our professional conduct and business decisions. It sets out the principles and values that must govern the actions of all members of the organization, regardless of their role or level of responsibility.
This Code establishes clear guidelines regarding regulatory compliance, prevention of conflicts of interest, relationships with clients and suppliers, responsible use of corporate resources, respect for individuals, and protection of information. It also reinforces our commitment to transparency, fair competition, and compliance with applicable law.
Compliance with the Code is mandatory and forms an essential part of our corporate governance model. Through the Code of Ethics, Iberital consolidates a corporate culture based on integrity, responsibility, and sustainability, helping to preserve the trust of our employees, partners, and other stakeholders.

Whistleblowing Channel
Iberital’s Whistleblowing Channel is a tool integrated into our Compliance System that allows any conduct that may constitute a regulatory breach or a violation of our Code of Ethics to be reported securely and confidentially. Its purpose is to facilitate the early detection of irregularities and to strengthen our commitment to transparency and good governance.
Through this channel, employees, collaborators, suppliers, and third parties may submit communications regarding potential legal breaches, practices contrary to the company’s ethical principles, or situations that may generate risks for the organization. Reports may be submitted on an identified basis or, where permitted by law, anonymously.
Iberital guarantees the confidentiality of the information received, the protection of the reporting person against any type of retaliation, and the diligent and impartial handling of all communications. The Whistleblowing Channel therefore constitutes an essential mechanism for strengthening the culture of compliance and safeguarding the integrity of the organization.
